Sprayer Hose This is the return hose assembly, or return line, which is designed for various models of airless paint sprayers and is sold as an individual part. The return line is designed to allow paint and pressure to be returned into the reservoir, and simultaneously connected to a specific port on the sprayer for a continuous paint cycle. This return line is comprised of a high-quality rubber and metal pump attachment at one end and a metal tube and plastic reservoir attachment at the other end. Depending on your model, you may need a set of pliers or a wrench to disconnect and remove the old line. Before you replace your old line, it is recommended that you wrap the metal end of the line with Teflon tape to create the best seal possible. When replacing the line, disconnect the sprayer from power and release any pressure in the spray gun by squeezing it until no more pressure is felt.
