Hello Frank, thank you for the question. Before doing any repairs, turn off power to the unit. To remove the lamp cover, locate the small locking tabs or indentations along the edges of the plastic cover. Insert a small flathead screwdriver into the slot and gently pry to release the tabs, then slide the cover outward to disengage any remaining retaining hooks and set it aside. With the cover removed you will see the LED light strip board held in place by plastic locking clips. Gently pull back the clips to release the board, then pull it out slightly to expose the wire connector. Press the small locking tab on the harness connector and pull it free from the board.
