Spray Paint - 12 oz. - White Specifications
Appliance spray paint is a great way to cover up any chips and scratches that have appeared on your appliances. Instead of replacing the part entirely, this is an easy fix. This is also a great way to give a fresh new look to any handles or areas that have discoloring due to wear. Make sure to clean the area before you begin and wear a protective mask for safety. Give the can a good shake and spray a few inches away from the surface. Apply the paint until the area is fully covered as desired. Wait until the paint has dried before using the appliance.

My Whirlpool white drop-in stove has a section of the white trim, part 16 on the diagram, that is scratched. My question is whether I can use the spray white touchup paint for my model shown here for that area since it surrounds the ceramic cook top. i.e. is the paint flammable since the trim is so close to cooktop's heat?

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, this spray paint is not designed for high temperatures, so it is not recommended for this part.

The top of the white control panel has been damaged, looks like it was melted by someone leaving on a hot pan. Can this paint be used to touch up or would it make more sense to replace the panel? Thank you.

The paint has peeled off where the over vents on the top part of the stove on that panel. It's white, can this be painted or do I need to replace that top part of the stove ?
