The freezer side is accumulating an ice sheet on the cabinet floor. The ice maker has been completely removed and the ice sheet still forms. I assume this part is leaking from the water dispenser side. Can you confirm or is it something else?

Hi Shawn, Thank you for your question. If water is pooling on the floor in the freezer section and freezing. The defrost drain is clogged and it will need to be thawed out and cleaned. We hope this helps!
