This replacement control knob is specially manufactured for Napoleon gas grills. It is a genuine part that is sourced directly from original equipment manufacturer. This knob is used to adjust temperature by controling the valves on a grill. This chrome plastic knob is sold individually. When replacing it no tools will be needed, simply pull the old knob off the shaft and secure the new one in place.

This grease tray is an authentic OEM replacement part provided by the manufacturer. It is compatible with a variety of different Napoleon grills. This tray catches the excess grease from the meat being cooked to prevent mess and flame flare ups. It is sold individually and should be replaced if it is missing or damaged.

This is an Original Napoleon replacement part used for some of their Grills. This part is made out of Metal and it is Sold Individually. The purpose of this Plate is to direct grease and drippings away from the burner tubes, which cuts down on flare ups tremendously. An extra benefit of the Sear Plate is that it helps add that "cooked on a grill" flavor to your food. This metal part will rust due to a combination of heat and moisture and should be replaced when it shows signs of wear or serious damage.

These OEM sourced custom fit grease trays are designed for use with Napoleon grills. The purpose of these trays is to collect the grease and other food particles from the food you are cooking. This set includes five (5) grease trays per order.

Uneven cooking or damaged burner tubes may call for a new main burner assembly. Made from stainless steel, this assembly combines three burners to distribute flame and heat throughout a compatible gas grill. Check for clogged ports, grease buildup, loose connections, electrode damage, and fuel-flow problems before choosing a replacement. Do not use burners with large holes, splits, or severe corrosion. Match the assembly to the full grill model and serial details. Before service, close the fuel valve and disconnect the gas source. Install the burners according to the grill diagram, attach the electrode correctly, perform a leak test, and confirm that every burner lights evenly.

This is an original Napoleon replacement part. The door bushing is designed by the manufacturer for use in grills. This part is made of high-quality plastic, and is used in the cabinet assembly to allow the door hinge pins to move easily. This part is sold individually.

This item is sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with outdoor gas grills from Napoleon. The electrode wire connects to the ignitor wire and is mounted near the burner tube. The electrode uses the electric charge from the ignitor to create an electric arc against the burner that lights the fuel that is emitted by the burner. This item is available as an individual replacement part, please note the ignitor is a separate item.
