Hello, the larger oven (27") heats up only to 200 degrees f. I had someone check it and determined it was a faulty timer (50% pulse timer). The heating element and ignitor were fine. I would like to get a second opinion. GE does not have the timer in stock. Thank you.
For model number ZDP48N6RD2SS
Hello Juan, Thank you for your inquiry. The timer and the gas safety valve would be the parts we would also recommend checking if the element and igniter are working. You can test the valve and the timer with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
