Washer will not do initial fill, when filled manually it works and will do rinse and spin on its own

Thank you for your question. If your washer will not fill with water, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check both the hot and cold water inlet valves, the water level switch and the door lock latch. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

My whirlpool washer doesn’t spin dry our clothes I’ve changed the pump ,door lock,shocks and still no spin it got stuck pumping . Draining no problem all drain hose is not clogged or kink coin trap is clear cause the pump is new. But I put the selector to rinse/drain spin it’s drying our clothes.

Removed the front panel unplugged
The washer drained water out, lift the washer up to un screw the drain pump. Then unhooked the hoses from pump put the other pump in.

Door latch module was defective
This model is a front-loading washer. The spring loaded retainer for the front of the boot must be removed, then the boot can moved to the side exposing the module. Remove the two screws holding the model, pull the model out, remove the three electrical plugs, then reverse this procedure to install new module.

water pump failed
Pump started making noises like ball bearings grinding. took the lower front cover off pulled the strainer out of the pump housing and found $2.55 in nickles dimes and quarters.
