My oven is not reaching set temperature... I replaced the sensor from a part I bought through your company. The broiler element gets mildly warm. What do you suggest?
Hello Mark, thank you for contacting us. Please test the bake element, part number PS3490001, and the broil element, part number PS8770111, with a multimeter for continuity. If this does not help, the issue is probably related to the electronic control board, part number PS11753552. It monitors the temperature and controls the oven heat. Customer service is available seven days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!
