WYL-247-1 Walbro Engine - Overview

This is available as a kit. The gasket/diaphragm kit contains seven gaskets, one diaphragm, and two rings. They are made out of a thin material. These parts are OEM items from Walbro for use in carburetors. If these parts become broken they will need to be replaced and may require a screwdriver during the installation.

This typically involves removing the fuel pump cover screw and pump cover, followed by the fuel pump diaphragm and gasket. Remember to blow through the external pulse hole on the body casting and remove the filter screen before proceeding to remove the four screws securing the metering diaphragm plate and the metering diaphragm itself.
