Will not start suction even with starter fill loaded with water
For model number WX10T
Hi Charles, thank you for your inquiry. If your pump starts but won't pump water despite being primed, the most common issue is air leaking into the suction hose or a damaged, non-collapsible suction hose. Check the suction hose. The suction hose must be a reinforced, non-collapsible type. If it is collapsible, it will flatten under suction and fail to move water. If the hose is damaged, it will need to be replaced with part number PS12139969. Ensure the hose clamp on the suction port is tight. Glad to be of help!
