After during rinse it will not spin to let water out. The clothes are completely wet. Then the washer will say wash completely when all the clothes clothes are completely wet. Is there a factory reset button on the machine

While we do not show a factory reset on this model, if it is not spinning fast enough to spin the water out, we would recommend checking the clutch, the stator, the rotor, and the clutch slider gear. There may also be a partial clog or kink in the drain hose so check the hoses and pump for any clogs. We hope this helps.

Hello Nate, thank you for your inquiry. The wash-plate that you are looking for is part number PS16227114. It does not come with any gasket. Glad to be of assistance!
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
Siphon break kit keeps washing machine from continuing to siphon after rinse/cycle -- like emptying a pool with a hose. Fixed the problem of the tub never filling due to siphon draining out water as it's being put in.
Ordered drain hose extender. It uses a rubber flange with hose clip to attach to washer's plastic hose. When tightened, the hose clip crushes the plastic hose and crimps it, causing a leak. My solution was to find a copper pipe flange that was the same diameter as the interior of the plastic hose to act as a bushing for the plastic hose.
