I need the filter for both hot and cold water inflow lines. I ordered one from you (part #22002960) and what I received was the strainer but there is a piece that goes on the outside of the strainer that I did not get. I need the entire piece.

Hi Nancy, Thank you for the question. The Filters for this model are only sold as part of the Water Inlet Valve. Whirlpool does not make them separate. We hope this helps!
My washer starts up and fills, bit when the agitator starts to spin. There is a very loud grinding like noise both ways while spinning. Any ideas of what it could be maybe bearings or motor?

Hi Aaron, thank you for reaching out. We have researched the model and would suggest making sure the washing machine drum is not overloaded, and the machine is balanced on a flat surface. If the issue remains, the problem might be with the drive clutch assembly, part number PS10057144. Located underneath the drum, the clutch assembly might get splined or damaged, causing the washer to make noise during spin and agitation. We hope this information helps!
When I go to turn my washer on the wash cycle it turns for a couple of seconds and then says the cycle is complete. The drum isn't spinning. What parts do I need to fix this problem??

Our washer goes into soak mode by itself for two hours and then won’t drain and must be done manually. Will also go into soak mode on its own if left plugged in.

Hi Jacob, thank you for the question. Inspect the water inlet valve, inlet hose, and filters for any blockages that may be causing improper water flow into the washer. Sometimes debris can build up and restrict the water flow, causing issues with filling. If this is not the issue, you will need to replace the main control board, part number PS16555300. Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
