machine shakes very hard in spin cycle with a regular load. If very light load it spins w/o shaking. What parts are needed to fix this, and is there a "how-to" video? Do we fix or have to replace the machine?

Hi Dick, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the suspension rods, part number PS11703291, as they are the most likely cause of this issue. If any of the suspension rods are faulty, you may need to replace them. We have attached a video, which might not be of the exact same part, but it will help you in accessing and replacing the suspension rods. We hope this helps!
Hi James, thank you for contacting us. We would suggest checking the drive belt for any damage first. If it is fine, we would suggest replacing the drive clutch kit, part number PS10057144. It attaches to the drive belt and rotates the spin basket drive shaft. We hope this solves your problem!
