Thank you for your question. There is a lint filter listed under your model number. This is a drain pump filter at the outer tub inlet. The part number listed under your model number for the lint filter is PS11750500. If you are finding lint on your clothes after a wash, this could be a result of overloading the washer. Try washing in smaller loads and check the tags on your clothes to see how the clothes should be washed. This may help reduce the lint on them. Washer leaves lint on clothes after wash is done

Excessive lint on clothes after washing may indicate that the water pump PS11757016 is clogged or faulty. When that happens, the wash and rinse water with all that suspended lint drains too slowly and leaves deposits on wet clothes. Have you had any other reports of this Whirlpool washing machine coming on by itself days weeks in a drain then spin (in the middle of the night i believe it went through a whole spin cycle before stopping. If away i hit the cancel. We have had the electric, (wires & box), plugin to confirm it was receiving proper amps & was probably grounded, and lastly the power cord. The washer was not 1 1/2 year old when it started this. I contacted lowe’s where it was purchased who advised me they would only warranty for 1 year so and would do nothing for me unless i wanted to purchase a new one. I happened to see you for parts and info on youtube and thought i would see if you had heard or had a clue as i have to keep it unplugged when not in use as it sits between my bedroom and all exits and i don’t want to awaken trapped inside a burning house because of the washing machine. Anyway and all help/advice is most appreciated.Sandra carson

DIAGNOSTIC TEST
The washer must be empty and the control must be in the OFF
state before pressing the touch-pad sequence to start the test.
Starting the Test Mode
¦ Close the door.
¦ Push CONTROL/ON (if present on this model).
¦ Select the DRAIN/SPIN cycle.
¦ Select NO SPIN by pressing the SPIN SPEED touch-pad.
¦ Push PREWASH OPTION four times within five seconds. (If
PREWASH OPTION is not present on this model, press RINSE
HOLD four times within five seconds.) C:00 will light up on the
display.
If the Starting procedure fails, push the PAUSE/CANCEL touch-pad,
then repeat the starting procedure.
Test Program Control
In order to advance to the next step of the test procedure, push
PREWASH OPTION touch-pad two times. If PREWASH OPTION is not
present on this model, press RINSE HOLD two times.

Outlet is good but machine has now power

Well, first investigated and found loose nut on drive clutch. First take off the two screws with nut drive then cover off using a screwdriver blade to snap off the cover. Then socket ratchet to take off the nut on drive clutch. take off belt by slowly rotating the drive gear. two screws that hold the electronics to the upper drive clutch
... Read moreand put aside, so you can snap off the cover for drive clutch on upper part with screwdriver and off the parts come and install whole unit back as took it apart. Line up the new upper clutch so that is position as was before. (Using parts diagram helps a lot as www. partsselect.com has for you or Maytag.com.) Then put the electronic part board back on and the gear and nut. Make sure it is tight by several attempts to make sure it's snugged up good and then slowly roll belt back on the pulley and motor drive. Put your cover guard back on with two screws and done.
