My washer will go through the entire cycle and shut off just like it’s supposed to. Then, sometimes - not every load - it just goes back and starts itself and runs through the entire cycle all over again. What could cause this to happen?
Thank you!
For model number WTW4800BQ0
Hi Sheri, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding, we would suggest checking the control board, part number PS8768789. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

My washer isn't working properly. It will fill with water and then it just drains out. The door latch doesn't lock and it doesn't spin. If i mess with it enough it will finally start working right. But now it's just filling and then draining no spin but i can hear the motor running. Sometimes it will fill and lock but then it just sits on spin and quits running all together
For model number WTW4800BQ0
Hi shannon. You will probably need a replacement door latch. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.

Will start to spin then just stops spinning
For model number WTW4800BQ0
Hello Rob, thank you for writing. The lid switch assembly prevents the washer from spinning when the lid is open. If the lid switch assembly fails, the washer will not spin. To determine if the lid switch assembly is defective, use a multimeter to test the lid switch for continuity. I hope this helps.
