washer stops after rinse cycle, wont go into spin
Hi John, thank you for your inquiry. If your washer stops mid-cycle, you will need to check the lid lock assembly, part number PS8751171. The washer requires confirmed lid or door closure before spinning as a safety feature. The switch may work fine during agitation and rinse but fail under the higher demand of spin. Glad to be of help!
Hi Marie, thank you for the question. Based on our research, your model does not come with a lint filter. We hope this information helps!

I need the lid for the washer

The fabric softener dispenser is full of water after a cycle. The detergent dispenser is fine. I have only had the washer for two weeks.
Hello Susan, thank you for the question. Standing water in the fabric softener compartment on a brand new washer is mostly a siphon issue. Start by removing the dispenser drawer and cleaning the fabric softener compartment thoroughly. Pull off the small siphon cap or cover inside that section and rinse everything under warm water to clear any manufacturing residue. Make sure the siphon cap sits completely flat with no gaps when reattached, even a slightly misaligned cap prevents the vacuum siphon effect from working. Check your fabric softener concentration. Thick or concentrated softener doesn't flow freely enough to trigger the siphon. Dilute it 1:1 with warm water before adding it, and never fill past the MAX line, overfilling also prevents proper siphoning. Verify the washer is completely level. Place a bubble level on top of the machine and check both front-to-back and side-to-side. If the machine tilts even slightly, water won't drain toward the siphon port correctly. Adjust the leveling feet until the bubble sits dead center. We hope this is what you were looking for!
