Seat Assembly Check Valve – Part Number: 84-613-1
$6.40
In Stock
Seat Assembly Check Valve
Part #84-613-1
This genuine OEM check valve seat assembly ensures proper fuel flow in one direction preventing leaks and backflow. It is located near the fuel inlet needle inside the carburetor between the needle control diaphragm chamber and the mixture screws cavity. If damaged it can lead to fuel leakage flooding and engine issues like sputtering or difficulty starting. Neglecting to replace a broken assembly can result in costly repairs and breakdowns. To replace the check valve seat assembly refer to your user guide for instructions to access and disassemble the carburetor. This may involve removing covers air filters fuel lines or other components. Since the slot for the assembly is shallow you can enlarge its opening by using a drill press. You can pry the valve out with an awl. Alternatively you can use a drift punch and mallet. Place the drift punch on top of the check valve seat and gently tap it to loosen and remove it. Please keep in mind that this replacement part is sold individually.
Repair Kit – Part Number: K10-WAT

Repair Kit
Part #K10-WAT
A diaphragm carburetor depends on flexible pump and metering pieces to move and control fuel. When those pieces harden, a small two-cycle engine may become difficult to start, surge, lose power, idle poorly, or leak fuel. A rebuild set can renew the worn internal seals, screen, needle, and lever parts. These carburetors use a metering chamber, not a float bowl, so the needle controls fuel entering that chamber. Confirm the stamped carburetor code before ordering. During service, note diaphragm and gasket positions, clean passages without enlarging them, and set the metering lever only to the service specification. Keep fuel away from sparks and test for leaks before use.

Diaphragm Assembly – Part Number: 95-526-9-8

Diaphragm Assembly
Part #95-526-9-8
This authentic OEM metering diaphragm assembly is housed within the carburetor of your lawn and garden equipment. Positioned between the carburetor body and the fuel pump, it regulates fuel delivery and maintains the air-fuel ratio within the engine. It has a self-adjusting vacuum system and responds to the amount of fuel being drawn into the engine. When the engine runs at higher speeds, more fuel is pulled in and the diaphragm compresses. As a result, the pin in the center of the diaphragm pushes against the metering level and lifts the regulator inlet needle, letting additional fuel flow from the pump into the reservoir. If the assembly malfunctions, you may experience engine stalling, rough idling, or notice fuel odor, pooling, or dripping around the carburetor area. To remove the metering diaphragm, refer to your user guide for instructions on locating and accessing the carburetor. This typically involves removing the fuel pump cover screw and pump cover, followed by the fuel pump diaphragm and gasket. Remember to blow through the external pulse hole on the body casting and remove the filter screen before proceeding to remove the four screws securing the metering diaphragm plate and the metering diaphragm itself. Please note that this replacement part is sold individually.
