My machine is 7 years old....the instruction book says they hose should be replaced every 5 years...would this be why the rinse and spin cycles shut down before they are supposed to and leave the clothes very wet....
For model number WSLP1500J0WW
Hello Helen, thank you for your question. The hoses that attach to the faucet for this unit would be Part #: PS272037. The issue with the clothes being wet after the cycles and the spin cycles do not complete could be the lid switch, drain pump and the belt. I hope this helps.

Machine starts, fills, runs half way through wash cycle then power shuts off. By pressing power then start it will finish and go to next cycle. Then it does the same thing at every cycle. Just in between it completely shuts the power off and you have to push power and then start.

Hello Cheryl, thank you for your question. This sounds like an issue with the electronic board on the unit. We would recommend replacing the control board assembly Part #: PS2374325. I hope this helps.

My will go thru wash cycle but will not spin, just sits and make noise. Do i need a pump?
For model number WSLP1500J0WW
Hello Cecile, thank you for contacting us. A faulty drain pump can be the cause of the washer not entering the spin cycle. Inspect the drain pump for any blockages. You may need to replace the pump motor, part number PS2354081. We hope this helps.
Good afternoon my washing machine does not squeeze the water out and leaves our clothes wet.
For model number WSLP1500J0WW
Hi Diana,
Thank you for your question. If the clothes are still wet after a wash cycle has completed, a slow spin cycle may have been chosen and this will not spin all the water out of the clothes. If you are using a cold water wash, cold water can make clothes feel wetter then they are. If you have used too much detergent, this can cause a suds lock. A suds lock can cause the washer to spin at a lower rate and leave your clothes wet. Use HE detergent as this will decrease the risk of a suds lock and use the recommended amount for the load that you are washing. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.
