How to fix: refrigerator to cold, freezes food. Freezer - Ice Cream stays soft.

Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the electronic control board, part number PS11753120, to fix the issue. It manages the functions of the refrigerator such as cooling and defrost times. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Just sent a message and it was not quite accurate. I put that the shelf was above the bin and actually it is below the bin. The shelf that I need as well as the bin is divided up into four sections and I need the front left section.

I hear the fan making a clicking sound that happens only when the fan turn off. The clicking starts fast, then slows down as the fan blades slow to a stop. This is the only time it happens. It has been getting worse slowly over the last several months.

Hello Tony, thank you for your inquiry. We suggest check both blades. The Evaporator Fan Blade isPS11738954. The Condenser Fan Motor PS11748941. If the blade gets bent or is otherwise has something touching it, it will make the sound you are describing. We hope this helps.
I backed out the 2 top screws about a quarter inch and then removed bottem screw with a quater inch nut driver. I then lifted Ice Maker clear of the two top screws and lowered it enough to unclip the power connection with a small screwdriver. The new Ice Maker was wired correctley for my refrigeator so all I had to do wea reconnect the
