Water leaking in the freezer, sound of water dripping on the hot elements

Hello Moe, Thank you for the question. This can be an indication the Drain Tube is blocked and not allowing to drain the defrost water into the Drain pan below the appliance properly. I have a replacement actuator pad for the cold water dispenser, but I need help in how to disassemble the unit in order to replace the pad. Can no find a video showing this model type.

Hi Joe, thank you for contacting us. We have found the instructions to help you:
1. On the bottom of the display, there are two locking tabs holding it in place. Insert a flat-bladed screwdriver into the slots and gently push it up and pry it towards you to release.
2. Now slide the display down, being careful as it is still connected by wires.
3. Next, disconnect these three electrical connectors and remove the wires and water line from the retainers.
4. Next, remove these three screws and disconnect the electrical connector on the right side by depressing the locking tab.
5. Remove the drip tray on the front and pull it out. Now remove these four screws, then gently pull the dispenser shield away from the refrigerator.
6. Press the tabs down and toward the top of the shield to release the actuator.
7. Now, install back the actuator tabs with the same process.

I backed out the 2 top screws about a quarter inch and then removed bottem screw with a quater inch nut driver. I then lifted Ice Maker clear of the two top screws and lowered it enough to unclip the power connection with a small screwdriver. The new Ice Maker was wired correctley for my refrigeator so all I had to do wea reconnect the

I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator.
