Can I purchase door shelves for this model?

Hi Mary, Thank you for reaching out. The smaller top shelves are PS12348848 and the larger shelves are PS12349692. They are sold individually. We hope this information is useful!
Hello Sean, thank you for contacting us. A faulty thermistor can most probably cause this issue. We would recommend checking the thermistor, part number W10384183, to solve the problem. It senses the temperature inside the freezer and sends information to the electronic control. Glad to be of assistance!
