I can't seem to get the water pan out of my fridge ,what am I doing wrong ? Also need to order a new pan , need a part number
For model number WRT1L1TZYB00
Hello David, thank you for your inquiry. To remove the drip pan, PS11766738, you will have to pull the refrigerator out fro the wall and remove the rear cover at the bottom of the refrigerator and then remove the condenser fan. You will then need to tilt the refrigerator back. The pan will be bolted to the bottom of the refrigerator. Remove the bolts and then remove the bolt for the rear base of the refrigerator. This will allow you to slide the drain pan out and slide the new one in. Once in, bolt the new one to the bottom of the refrigerator and reinstall all other parts. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Freezer cooling, frig is not. Fan working and all coils cleaned
For model number WRT1L1TZYB00
Hi Jon, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend making sure that the fridge side door gasket is not damaged. If the door gasket is twisted or torn, gaps can form that will allow warm air in, resulting in the refrigerator compartment being warm even though the freezer compartment is cold. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the temperature control thermostat, part number PS11756547. The temperature control thermostat directs voltage to the compressor, evaporator fan motor, and condenser fan motor. If the temperature control thermostat is not working properly, it may prevent the refrigerant system from running properly, resulting in the refrigerator compartment not cooling as expected. If it is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this helps!

My refrigerator stopped cooling and the freezer section stopped freezing
I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck le

t's give her a shot so I did give it a shot. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!

Evaporator Fan failure
The reason I repaired it myself was because the repairman that diagnosed the problem.didn't come back in two weeks. The evaporator fan sits behind a vented wall in the freezer and directs cold air into freezer and refrigerator.I removed the ice make assembly first and then the freezer wall held in place by two sheet metal nuts. Then remov

Lights inside refrigerator not working
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
