Water leaking inside refrigerator and collecting under hydrator. Put a bowl to collect the water and the water is freezing in the bowl.

Hello Lois, thank you for contacting us. Please check the defrost drain tube and make sure it is not clogged. Also, look for ice build-up in the refrigerator and defrost it if you notice any built-up ice. Check the door seals, part number PS12727985 and part number PS12728059, to ensure that no warm air is leaking into the refrigerator because dehumidification of warm air can lead to water formation. I don’t know if it isn’t cooling or if it isn’t insulating the temperature correctly. It turns on and makes noises and pushes some air out. I can’t find the coil thing everyone is trying to tell me to clean.

Hello Julian, Thank you for your inquiry. The condenser coils are usually located at the back of the refrigerator. You can clean them with a condenser coil brush. If the refrigerator is not cooling, we would also recommend checking the evaporator fan motor, and the air damper. This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
Followed instructions supplied. It was relatively easy and the parts fit exactly right. Sears wanted twice as much for the part and service would have charged me another $100 to come to my home. I saved over $100 doing the project myself.
Unscrewed clamp holding water tube to refrigerator ice maker. Pulled water tube from ice maker and water valve inlet. Cut the new tubing to the exact same length and inserted one end to the water valve inlet and the other end to the ice maker then screwed clamp holding water tube back to the refrigerator ice maker.
