We cannot get the ice basket to sit back down in place like is supposed to. The problem seems to be with the crusher rod not going back down in place.
Hello Dale, Thank you for writing. We suggest taking the Bin apart to make sure the Rod is installed properly. Make sure there is no ice build up preventing the rod from sitting properly in the Bin base as well. We hope this helps!

Open fridge door and the light is blinking

Hi Thomas, thank you for your inquiry. Pull out the ice bucket and check for clumped ice. Cubes can partially melt and refreeze into a solid block that the auger cannot push through. Break up or discard any clumped ice and check the dispenser chute for any ice or frost blockage, warm water can clear a frozen chute. If the bucket has loose ice but still nothing dispenses, press the dispenser paddle and listen. If you hear the motor humming but no ice comes out, inspect the auger blade and drive coupler on the back of the ice bin for any cracks or wear. If you hear nothing at all when pressing the paddle the auger motor, part number PS11723175, has likely failed. If the ice bucket is completely empty the issue is with ice production rather than dispensing. Confirm the freezer temperature is between 0°F and 5°F and check the water filter and inlet valve for any restriction in water supply. Glad to be of help!
The ice maker makes ice but doesn’t dispense into glass. It harms when pressed but ice doesn’t drop into glass.
Hi Thomas, thank you for the question. Make sure that there is no blockage in the dispenser chute. If it is fine, the issue could be with the auger motor, part number PS11723175. If the ice is completely clear and the bucket components look perfectly intact, the motor itself may be physically seized or failing under load. You may need to replace it to fix the issue.
