Augar will not turn to dispense ice. Should it be able to turn by hand once the ice bucket is removed?

Hi Jim, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you can turn it by hand once you remove the ice bucket. If it can not be turned, and is stiff, it indicates an ice jam, mechanical obstruction, or a faulty auger motor. If you find ice, gently thaw it with warm water or a hairdryer on a low setting. If the auger motor is damaged or faulty, replace it with part number PS17216014. Glad to be of help!

This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
