My lights in the refridg and freezer are dim

Hello Jeffrey, thank you for contacting us. In order to replace the water filter. You just need to locate the water filter cover door in the base grille, and open the filter door. The filter will be released and ejected as the door opens. Pull the filter straight out. Align the new filter with the filter housing and slide it into place. The filter cover door will automatically begin to close as the new filter is inserted. Close the filter cover door completely in order to snap the filter into place. We hope this helps!

I'm not getting water out of the despencer but when I take the filter out and replace it, the water works fine for a few days What should I do?

Hello Clifford, thank you for contacting us. Based on the description that you have provided, the issue is most probably with the water filter housing, part number PS11759606. It holds the water filter and connects the water lines to the water filter. You may need to replace it to solve the problem. We hope this helps.
