RED Light is on water dispenser H20

Hello Janey, thank you for contacting us. The red light on the control panel typically signifies that the water filter needs to be replaced. The compatible water filter for your model is part number PS11701542. Replacing it will most probably solve the problem. Glad to be of assistance!

Need drawer but they are different sizes. It's the middle one. Larger than the top drawer. Found an OEM drawer but no dimensions. Can you help me? Thanks, Dutch

I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck le

I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!
The repair was actually easy; however I have an ice dispencer/crusher attached and the which the diagram supplied with the part did not include. I had to make several calls before I was e-mailed the diagram. Suggestions: note that the screw at the end of the auger goes in the reverse direction (this took me about 20 minutes to fi
... Read moregure out even though it was shown in the diagram). Also, be sure to keep the ice crusher parts in order and be sure the white plastic tab on the crusher fits into a depression in the housing. I did not notice this and had to take it all apart and redo the install. It works great!!!
