You replied to my question about which water filter to use but you replied using the wrong Model number. You gave me the filiter part number for a model WRS321SDHZ01 ! Not one ending in 201. Please review and furnish correct filter part number. Thanks
Chris Boyle Profile
Hello William, Thank you for the question. The Model number ending in 201 is not a valid number. The 2 is actually a Z. There is no model with a 201, there has to be a letting and then two numbers. The options for the letters are B, V, W or Z. The filter PartSelect Number PS11701542 fits all options listed. We hope this helps!

The water is not dispensing through the door. So, any chance a filter will correct it?
Chris Boyle Profile
Hi Susan, thank you for the question. Yes, there is a very high chance that a clogged water filter is causing the issue, as a filter completely filled with sediment or past its 6-month lifespan will totally block water from flowing to the door. But before replacing the water filter, ensure that the water inlet valve is working properly and there is no blockage in the water inlet line. If these are fine, then you may need to replace the water filter, part number PS11701542. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Light Would Not Go On In The Refrigerator
62 of 82 people found this instruction helpful.
  • DANIEL from MINNEAPOLIS, MN
  • Easy
  • Less than 15 mins
  • Screw drivers
First I removed the old lightbulb from the socket and replaced it with a new one to confirm that the bulb was not the problem. I then pryed the socket out with a flat-head screwdriver. I could tell that the socket was anchored in its hole with clips so it was relatively easy to pry it out. Once the socket was out, I disconnected the le ad wires and ordered a replacement socket kit from Partselect. When the new one arrived, I reconnected the lead wires to it, snapped it back into its hole, screwed in a new lightbulb, and presto!! The light was back on with no further problem. Thank you, Partselect!! A $15.00 part saved me what probably would have been at least a $100. service call and heaven knows what the technician would have told me I needed!!!
