how to replace the water filter
For model number WRS321SDHV05
PartSelect logo
Hello Hany, thank you for contacting us. We have found that the water filter for your model is either located in the top-right corner of the refrigerator compartment or in the base grille. To replace the water filter in the refrigerator compartment, follow the following steps: 1. Locate the water filter in the top-right corner of the refrigerator compartment. 2. Lift open the filter cover door. The filter will be released and then ejected as the door is opened. 3. When the door is completely open, pull the filter straight out. 4. Take the new filter out of its packaging and remove the cap. Make sure the O-rings are still in place after the cap is removed. 5. With the arrow pointing up, align the new filter with the filter housing and slide it into place. The filter cover door will automatically begin to close as the new filter is inserted.  6. Close the filter cover door completely in order to snap the filter into place. You may need to press hard.  7. After changing the filter, reset the filter status light. To replace the water filter in the base grille, follow the following steps: 1. Locate the water filter cover door in the base grille and pull open the filter door. The filter will be released and then ejected as the door is opened.  2. When the door is completely open, pull the filter straight out. 3. Take the new filter out of its packaging and remove the covers from the O-rings. Be sure the O-rings are still in place after the covers are removed.  4. With the arrow pointing left (towards the filter cover door’s hinge), align the new filter with the filter housing and slide it into place. The filter cover door will automatically begin to close as the new filter is inserted.  5. Close the filter cover door completely in order to snap the filter into place. You may need to press hard. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!

Hello Terry, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest you check the evaporator fan motor, part number PS11740362, to fix the issue. It is located in the back of the freezer, and circulates air over the refrigerator coils. These coils will convert the heat into cool air, which is then circulated. We hope this solves your problem!

Lights inside refrigerator not working
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.

plastic Ice bin auger broke and needed to be replaced
The repair was actually easy; however I have an ice dispencer/crusher attached and the which the diagram supplied with the part did not include. I had to make several calls before I was e-mailed the diagram.
Suggestions: note that the screw at the end of the auger goes in the reverse direction (this took me about 20 minutes to figure out even though it was shown in the diagram). Also, be sure to keep the ice crusher parts in order and be sure the white plastic tab on the crusher fits into a depression in the housing. I did not notice this and had to take it all apart and redo the install. It works great!!!
