H2O error no water being dispensed

Hello Richard, thank you for reaching us. We have researched your model and found that the error code H2O indicates that the filter is faulty, and the water filter needs to be replaced. The compatible water filter to your model is part number PS11701542. Resetting the Filter Status After changing the filter: 1. Press and hold the LIGHT and ICE TYPE button for 3 seconds. 2.The status light will turn off when the system is reset. We hope this information helps!

White latch has come off the water filter door. Tried to reattach, but then the water filter can’t fit in. Is there a part that I’m missing that may be missing and have fallen off when the door popped off?

The white housing is PS12347901, black is PS12348209, and gray is PS12347902. If your filter is not fitting properly or the door isn't closing, this part may need to be replaced.
