Please make sure that the ice maker is receiving water; if not, the issue is probably related to a faulty water inlet valve, part number PS11749668, or a clogged filter, part number PS11701542. why is the ice getting jammed with ice and how do I fix it

Hello Patrick, thank you for contacting us. If the ice is getting jammed with the ice, it means that the ice maker is overfilling. We would recommend checking the water inlet valve, part number PS11749668, to fix the issue. The water inlet valve controls the amount of water that is delivered to the ice maker. If this valve is not shutting off properly, water will continue to flow into the ice maker, causing the ice getting jammed with the ice. We hope this information is useful!
