Can only get crushed ice from dispenser. What do I need

Hello Sally, thank you for contacting us. Check for ice jams. Remove the ice bin and check for ice cubes behind it that may be preventing the mechanism from moving. Check the solenoid assembly, part number PS11738908. With the bin out, press the dispenser to see if you hear a "snap" and see a lever moving behind the freezer wall. If not, the solenoid has failed and needs replacement. Glad to be of assistance!

I am looking for a meat/cheese drawer that is not as deep as the crispers. I see it in some of the diagrams but not anywhere in the actual parts list. Is this available for my model?
