Refrigerator not cooling. Thermistor checks out ok.

Hello Kent, thank you for getting in touch. We have researched the model and would suggest making sure the evaporator and condenser coils are clean. If the issue remains, the problem might be with the evaporator fan motor, part number PS12741739. We hope this helps!

Refrigerator only works intermmitently

Hello Delbert, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend cleaning the condenser coils and making sure there is no dirt build-up on them. Check the thermistor, part number PS2580944, for continuity to ensure proper temperature reading. If this does not help, the issue is probably related to the control board, part number PS12717428. It activates components such as the compressor and fans to keep the refrigerator cool. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
Purchased new motor from Partselect.com. When it arrived it came with a new rubber washer that fitted on top of new motor that was not on old motor, that how water got into old motor. However, the instruction sheet did not give info on how to access the proper way to the motor that is the door. Not wanting to damage the freezer door assy.

Removed two electrical connections from the old switch by pinching the retaining clip,removed the switch, snapped in the new one and re-attached the connectors.
