Leaving the refrigerator door open allows warm, humid air to rush inside, which directly triggers a series of common mechanical and sensor issues that stop ice production. Look directly above the ice tray. If you see ice chunks or notice the water fill tube is blocked by frost, use a hairdryer on a low, safe setting or a warm cloth to gently melt the blockage. Close the door tightly. Ensure the freezer thermostat is set to 0°F (-18°C). It can take a full day for the internal components to reach the deep-freeze temperature required to trigger a harvest cycle. Turn off the ice maker for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. The hex screw for the bottom freezer door handle does not stay tight and the handle gets loose.I keep having to tighten it. Can I get a replacement hex screw?

the ceiling LED lights are all out in frig but the side led lights are working. Any idea what could be wrong. Highly unlikely they would all burn out at once.

This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Read moreas delivering this ling box to my door-I carefully opened it-it was the front cover plate of the drawer BELOW the broken one-perhaps my mistake in explaining it properly over the telephone-so back to the toll free number to try and straighten out the problem and reorder the correct part-that was even simpler than the first call-the correct part was ordered, return Fedex paperwork was sent to me via email, and several days later the correct part did indeed arrive. Installation took probably a total of 5 minutes or less-the old cover came off effortlessly (it was half off anyway) and the identical new replacement simply snapped into place and..............wah-lah as they say-back in business. It was a pleasure to do business with this company-their staff is courteous and efficient-and oh, yes, the first shipment was indeed picked up by Fedex when they delivered the correct package and was credited back to my credit card as promised.
