The upper left air vent is releasing a strong rotten egg odor and it is causing the refrigerator to smell
For model number WRF757SDEM00
Good Day Robert. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number WRF757SDEM00). Based on our research, odors in air vents can be very difficult to remove from your unit and may never leave. There are some options though that may assist you, the are the following: 1) Put a couple of bowls of Charcoal or Banking Soda inside the refrigerator in different areas. They will draw the odor to them. Replace the charcoal every 2 days for approximately a week. 2) Put a small amount of vanilla in a bowl and leave it inside the refrigerator. Change it every 2 days for approximately a week. 3) You can purchase a refrigerator deodorizer and hang it in your unit to help remove the smell. We hope this helps. Best Regards.

my fridge is iceing up in the bottom of the fridge behind the drawer
For model number WRF757SDEM00
Hello Michael, thank you for getting in touch. The defrost system prevents ice buildup by melting it. If the drain is blocked, the water can freeze and build up at the bottom of the fridge. Ensure that the air vents inside the fridge are not blocked by food items. Check the refrigerator door, part number PS5573757. If the door is not sealing properly, warm air can enter the refrigerator, causing ice buildup. Also, check the defrost heater, part number PS11738607, if the heater is faulty, ice will not melt. We hope this helps.

Lights inside refrigerator not working
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.

Ice dispenser motor burnt out, water got inside.
Purchased new motor from Partselect.com. When it arrived it came with a new rubber washer that fitted on top of new motor that was not on old motor, that how water got into old motor. However, the instruction sheet did not give info on how to access the proper way to the motor that is the door. Not wanting to damage the freezer door assy.

called in a tech who made it look easy, but even he had a little problem locating access panel that was directly under the motor in the freezer side of the door. After that it was a piece of cake.

while closing the door, the light switch fouled, resulting in the switch breaking
I used a flat screwdriver and released the lock tab on the bottom of the light switch, and pried the switch out, being careful to not damage the plastic around the mounting place of the switch, unplugged wiring from old switch, plugged in the new one and pushed the new switch into place. Job finished light switch now working.
