Hey folks, my ice maker and my water feed stopped at the same time, i replaced the primary inlet valve, i have water but no water in the ice maker, any idea ?
For model number WRF560SEYM00
Hello Mike, Thank you for writing. To repair a frozen line, unplug the refrigerator. Locate the shut-off valve, could be underneath the sink or behind the refrigerator. Turn the valve to the off position. You can defrost the water line with a hair dryer or by letting the refrigerator sit unplugged for upward of two hours. Plug in the refrigerator and listen for the water supply to fill the ice mold. Good luck with your repair.

The display says cooling off. How do l turn it on?
For model number WRF560SEYM00
Hello Ron, Thank you for the question. To Turn off the Cooling Down Function, press and hold the Lock and Measured Fill buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. To avoid unintentionally locking the dispenser or changing other settings, be sure to press both buttons at exactly the same time. When cooling is off, “COOLING OFF” will appear on the display screen. We hope this helps!

Hello Robert, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the valves first. They are PartSelect Number: PS11750831 and PartSelect Number: PS11751799. These parts supply water to the icemaker and dispenser. I hope this helps!

The freezer will work but the refrigerator will not cool.
For model number WRF560SEYM00
Hi Glenn, thank you for contacting us. We have concluded that the issue is with the damper assembly, part number PS11751310. It controls the cold airflow from the freezer compartment into the refrigerator compartment. You may need to replace the damper assembly to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck le
... Read moret's give her a shot so I did give it a shot. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!
The reason I repaired it myself was because the repairman that diagnosed the problem.didn't come back in two weeks. The evaporator fan sits behind a vented wall in the freezer and directs cold air into freezer and refrigerator.I removed the ice make assembly first and then the freezer wall held in place by two sheet metal nuts. Then remov

Removed the fan blade from fan motor, which was press fitted on,then removed fan motor from bracket assembly(make sure and retain the two vibration rubber washers on back and front of motor. Reinstall new motor with vibration washers and press fan blade on new motor. Install in bracket assemble and reassemnble.
Removed 2 screws holding water fill tube to rear of refrigerator and pulled out, matched old part with new to make sure of proper match. Guide new fill tube thru hole, making sure it is aligned with slot in ice cube tray on inside of freezer. Install new plastic line from water pump outlet to water fill tube, check for leaks, job done.
