Freezer is freezing up but the refrigerator is not getting cold

Hello Tony, thank you for reaching out. Check for ice buildup. Ice can build up on the slides and tracks, preventing smooth movement of the door. Remove any ice buildup using a plastic scraper or warm water. Look for any cracks, bends, or misalignments in the slides or tracks. Check the gasket around the door for wear, or tears. Clean the gasket with backing soda and water. Replace the gasket, part number PS11727895, if it's not sticking. We hope this helps.
Fan noise in the freezer, and I can see ice on the back wall and around the freezers wall. I defrost it with a heat gun but 5 days later its doing the same. Could this be apronlem? sensor

Freezer is working fine but the refrigerator isn't cooling and you can't feel any air blowing.

Since the freezer is working fine but no air is reaching the refrigerator section, cold air is being generated correctly but is not making it into the fresh food compartment. The most likely cause is the electronic damper assembly, part number PS12070654. This motorized door controls the flow of cold air from the freezer into the refrigerator section. If the internal motor has failed or the plastic door is stuck in the closed position, no cold air can enter regardless of how well the freezer is performing. Ice buildup around the damper can also freeze it shut. We hope this information helps!
Hello Robert, thank you for reaching out to us. Listen at the back for humming or clicking every few minutes. If you hear clicking then silence, the start relay, part number W11547180, is faulty. It will not allow the compressor to run continuously to cool down the fridge. Pull the unit out and check the condenser coil behind the bottom cover panel. If it's packed with dust, pet hair, or lint, heat can't dissipate and the compressor shuts down on thermal overload. Clean it thoroughly. Open the freezer and remove the rear wall panel to see the evaporator coils. If they're completely encased in thick ice, the defrost heater, part number W11562215, is faulty and can not melt the ice buildup. Test the heater with a multimeter, it should read 25–50 ohms. An open circuit means it's burnt out. We hope this information helps!

This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
