I have this above whirlpool refrigerator- I love it but last year a condenser, 8 think died in the freezer and the repair man took it apart and fixed bu5 now the drawer in the freezer doesn’t slide right, goes crooked. Pretty sure he didn’t put something back in to stabilize it. Called him but never responded. I will say I am in the Carribean and that is just how things are. Do yo7 have any idea what I need or where I can find out.
Hello Ruth, thank you for your question. Based on the model number you had provided and looking at the Shelves schematic, it could be that the #35, part PS11755321 Left or PS11755320 Right may be missing. Or, the #38 the bracket that #35 goes into PS3492496 or PS3492497. We hope this helps.
The clear plastic water lines to the water dispenser and ice maker have some residue (Mold) inside them. Is there a way to flush with a vinegar solution to clean, using the Bypass (W11395888) for the filter and syphoning some solution into the water inlet tube?? A demonstration would be nice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Frank, thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, you can flush your refrigerator's water lines with a vinegar solution to remove mold by using the filter bypass. You will need to turn off the water supply, disconnect the water line at the filter housing, pour the vinegar solution into the line using the turkey baster or funnel, allowing it to sit in the lines for 10–15 minutes. Flush the system by turning the water supply back on and running water through the dispenser. Continue until you can no longer smell vinegar. We hope this information helps!

Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
Having seen this problem before in other equipment so I had an idea where to look. Problem: the automatic defrost function was not operating. Looking through openings in the back panel of the freezer compartment, you could see the evaporator coils and fins were a solid chuck of ice. There are three logical components to check. Heater
... Read moreelement, thermostat (located just above the evaporator) and a relay on the control board (located in the fridge control panel). Checked the heater with an ohm meter -- OK. The thermostat closes the circuit at around 20 degrees and opens at around 32 degrees. Pulled out the thermostat, wiring, fan unit. Everything unplugs, unscrews, and unclips, don't cut wires. Put the whole assembly in a friends freezer for an hour or so to see if the thermostat closes -- OK. Problem had to be with the control board. Replaced control board, reprogrammed it per included instruction. Everything is working again.
Removed the fruit & veggie drawers & the deli (pantry) drawer. Took out the 3 screws, removed the attached parts, put them on the replacement part, reattached it and put the drawers back in.
