WHY IS THE LIGHT IN THE FREEZER NOT WORKING WHEN THE BULB IS GOOD??

Hi Rick, thank you for your question! According to our research, the door switch is likely causing the issue because its internal electrical contacts or physical plunger have failed. When the freezer drawer opens, the switch should trigger the circuit, but a mechanical jam or electrical break prevents power from reaching the socket. Replacing the door switch, part number PS12731166, can help fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
