My new fridge did not come with a butter holder in the door. Can I buy one. I have had 2 of these refrigerators before and they all had them.

Why does my new refrigerator stink? We have cleaned the thing three times top to bottom and can’t get rid of the stink!

Hi Steve, thank you for contacting us. We have researched and found that the newly purchased products may have a particular plastic odor. The refrigerators are boxed and stored at the time of manufacture. Odors caused by manufacturing are trapped inside the packaging as it is not sufficiently ventilated. Once it is installed and used at home, the smell gradually disappears. We hope this information helps!

I want to replace the refrigerator door handle.

The door handle for your model comes in three colors black (part number: PS11726214), white (part number: PS11726215), and stainless steel (part number: PS16218061). I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
