Unit is sparking inside the cooking area when cooking . Isn’t there a replacement grill that alleviates this?

Hello Tom, thank you for reaching out. The sparking inside the cooking area is most likely caused due to a damaged waveguide cover. You may need to check the waveguide cover, part number PS2378348, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Hi Joyce, thank you for getting in touch. The part number you have mentioned above is not the filter. Your model comes with 3 types of filters. The charcoal filter for your model is part number PS1871363, grease filter is part number PS3650910, and the noise filter board is part number PS3500969. Glad to be of help!
I had the bottom light on, I saw a flash, the light quit working. I replaced bulb with the same bulb, and the light doesn’t work any more.

Thank you for your question. If the bulb no longer lights up, we recommend checking the light socket and the wiring hooked up to it to see which part is causing the issue. We hope this helps!
Hello Margaret, thank you for writing in. The light staying on can only come from a shorted/stuck relay on your display Control Board PS11722973 itself.

Ordered top & bottom micro-switches and mounting plate parts. Internet reviews could not find specifics if the issue was due to a top/bottom or combination of micro-switch or mounting plate failure. Pulled the plug. Removed the top vent assembly cover held in by 2 Phillips screws inside the vent. Removed the control panel held in by 1 P
... Read morehillip screw at the top vent assembly area. Lifted control panel upward to release the catch and moved it off to the side - didn't disconnect any leads. Used a Torx bit to remove the door switch mounting plates at the front and pulled the plates through the opening from the control panel. Documented the wire color code connections, the top plate uses 2 micro's with one using both the closed & open contact. Installed the respective micros on the mounting plates and worked backwards with the wiring and removal steps. Once completed, the open/close sensing has worked every time.
