Keeps showing: FL LO
For model number WFW5620HW1
Hi Wayne,
Thank you for your question. The LO FL error code indicates that the washer is not detecting the correct amount of water going into the washer. When this happens the door may be locked or the electronic control board is not responding. To resolve this, press the power button. The washer will start a drain routine where the pump will run continuously and will take 8-10 minutes to complete. Wait 10 minutes before using the washer. When using the washer, make sure the water is turned on before starting a wash cycle and make sure that the inlet and drain hoses are not kinked or clogged and that they are positioned correctly to allow proper water flow. Inspect the water inlet valve screens to make sure they are not clogged with sediment. If they are use a toothbrush to gently clean them. Also check the water inlet valve for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting to see that it is operating normally. You should receive a reading between 200 and 500 ohms. If you get any other reading, you will need a replacement water inlet valve. We hope this helps!

The washer door on this model when you shut it you push pull out power button it pops up in the led light up it says loc was a little cutest boy in the left bottom can't push play and start the washer wondering what i can do to remedy this problem
For model number WFW5620HW1
Hello Brock, Thank you for your inquiry. The LOC message means that the Control Lock is activated and the washer will not start until it has been deactivated. Try unplugging the washer for 10 minutes first to see if it resets the control. If not then you would have to deactivate it. On your model, it would either be the Power button or the Pause/Start button which you would need to press and hold for 10 seconds to deactivate the control lock feature. We hope this helps.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

There were holes in our seal. Water was leaking during every wash.
We unplugged everything. Then we removed the screws from the back of the washer. Then we slid off the top of the washer. Next, we removed the bottom drawer of the washer. We then proceeded to remove all of the screws and took off the entire face of the washer until the bellow was completely exposed. We did have to detach the hose and door

clamp. We removed two metal clamps that held the seal in place. Once those were off we removed the entire old seal, replaced it with the new one, clamped it down, and reversed the steps to put everything back together. It was fairly simple.
