I have a Samsung front loader washer with the above model #. I received a "nd" error code. We took the hoses apart and there were no clogs in the hoses. We replaced the pump but i still get the "nd" error code. Is there some kind of reset that has to happen when replacing the pump? Is there a fuse that drives the pump to work?

Hello Jodi and thank you for writing.
You should try a hard reset. Go to your breaker box, turn the breaker for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and turn the breaker back on. We do carry related parts for units just like yours. For example, part number PS4133148. Good luck with your repair.
