The light for cycle, dry, temp, and cancel turn on but unit will not start. Have done hard reset and cleaned everything?

water came out of the vent is their something to clean

Use a long, flexible tool like a bottle brush or a piece of the cable to dislodge any clogs in the hose or the nipple at the disposal.
