My dishwasher quits part way through a cycle, any ideas?

Hi Kurt, Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher stops part way through a cycle, try opening and closing the door to make sure it is latched correctly. Also, check and see if the circuit to the dishwasher has tripped. Check the heating element as well to see if it is working. If the element is not heating, then this is the most likely cause for the dishwasher to stop in the middle of a cycle. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I have replaced all the drain lines, the heating element, and thermostat in my dishwasher but at the end of a cycle the dishes are still soaking wet. What else can I look at?

Hi Josh, thank you for getting in touch. Since you have already replaced the drain lines, heating element, and thermostat, the next part we would suggest checking is the control board, which controls when power is supplied to the heating circuit during the drying portion of the cycle. A failed relay or damaged circuit on the board can prevent the heater from operating properly even when the heating element and thermostat are good. Replacing the main control board, part number W10597041, can help fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
