Looking for defrosting instructions for our 1994 standup commercial freezer

Hi Caroline, thank you for your inquiry. Our research has found these instructions to assist you...Super Defrost
Note: The Temp Alarm should beturned off when freezer isbeing defrosted. Freezer
will defrost in afraction ofthetime usually needed when using Super Defrost feature.
To defrost, remove all food, and follow these steps:
1. Pull out Super Defrost Switch, located behind lower part of door. Leave door
open while defrosting. Freezer will not defrost with door closed.
2. After defrosting is completed, push in Super Defrost button to restart
compressor.
3. Turn on Temp Alarm after freezer has reached freezing temperatures.

We loosened all the screws around the door and slid out the old gasket. We then slid the new gasket behind the panel and screwed the screws back in place.
