Hi Joe, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the temperature control thermostat, part number PS288215, to fix the issue. It is used to maintain the required temperature in the refrigerator. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Refrigerator wouldn't run

First I had the problem diagnosed and found that it was the thermostat.
I went on line and found PartSelect and placed my order. I recieved it and installed it and it didn't work!
I called my son who is a Service Repair man, and he checked it out and said that I had a faulty part.
I called PartSelect and they sent me anothe r one right away. Very happy with the quick response!
I installed it in less than 15 minutes and it works!!!
I will be re-embursed for the faulty one.
I will recomend PartSelect to everyone.
