WATER DISPENSER SHUTS OFF AFTER JUST A FEW MOMENTS. WON'T EVEN FILL A 12 OZ CUP.

Hi Jerry, thank you for contacting us. We have researched the model and would recommend checking the water line and the water pressure. A frozen water line might restrict the water flow to the dispenser. If cleaning and defrosting do not solve the problem, the issue might be with the water inlet valve, part number PS12718943. We would suggest checking the inlet valve for continuity using a multimeter. Good luck with the repair!
I mistakenly ordered the wrong part number online and the filter was too big. I called Part Select and the gentleman knew the correct part number and sent it. I also received directions for returning the incorrect part.
