I replaced the whole self-contained unit. I removed the old ice bin simply by lifting it out of the door and replacing it with a new one directly under the ice maker. It was a simple fix; no tools or service tech were required.

Phillips head screw driver required.
Door stopper attaches to door and front side of refrigerator. Located at the underside of the door at the front of the hinge.
Remove screw, keep screw for installation of new stopper. Remove damaged stopper, install new stopper using the original screw.
