Is this the fix for continuous exhaust leak?

Hello Greg, thank you for the question. No, usually the rubber O-rings fail as they deteriorate over time causing leaks. It's best to replace all the O-rings first as this normally fixes the issue unless you can pinpoint the exact location of the leak but if one O ring needs replacing the others are not far behind.
